Tree of life Holistic Wellness Center Wellness Membership allows patients the ability to access a variety of healthcare benefits at a reduced cost. A savings of $500 a year depending on the amount of medication you buy.
The membership includes the following:
1.) Four 30 minute appointments (telehealth) with Dr. Spindelilus. 24% discount
2.) An annual checkup lab including CBC w/diff (blood count) , CMP (Liver and kidneys and glucose) , Lipid (cholesterol panel), A1C (diabetes) , PSA for men and Estradiol for women and a basic thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4).
3.) 10% off on all products and medications on our online dispensary for a year.

CONDITIONS:The lab and the appointments must be used within a year of the purchase of the membership as this it is a yearly club and expires after 12 months.Unfortunately, we can only offer this in the United States due to the difference in healthcare coverage in other countries.Only for patients ages 21 and over years old. 10% Discount can ONLY be used by the Purchaser of the Membership. Allowing others to use the membership code WILL invalidate the contract and you WILL lose your membership fees.
